變壓吸附制氧技術與裝置
裝置特點：石油、化工、電力、食品、造紙、輕紡、醫藥、機械、冶金、廢水處理等相關行業。
適用范圍：采用PSA、VPSA技術，當空氣在加壓狀態下通過裝有分子篩吸附劑的吸附床時，氮氣被分子篩吸附，氧氣在氣相中得到富集并從塔頂流出吸附床，被分子篩吸附的氮氣等雜質通過抽真空或降壓從塔底解吸出來，從而使氧氣和氮氣分離獲得氧氣。
吸附塔：設計合理，占地面積小。
吸附劑：采用高效變壓吸附富氧分子篩，產氣效率高。
Application Scope:Petroleum, chemical industry, electricity, food, paper making, chemical textile, pharmacy, machinery,metallurgy, medicine and waste water treatment industries etc.
Process Flows:When compressed air flows into the adsorption tower with molecular sivees, N2 is adsorbed by adsorbent from adsorption bed tip and O2 is enriched in airflow by ortflow from adsorption bed bottom through using PSA,VPSA technology. Tereby, oxygen is obtained by separation of oxygen and nitrogen in air.
Adsorption Tower:Reasonable desinged, less land occupation.
Adsorbent:High-efficient PSA oxygen-enriched molecular sieves is adopted to produce oxygen with high efficiency.
