       在變壓吸附裝置中，工藝系統需周期的切換閥門，而且閥門數量多，動作頻繁，人工操作無法實現。由于變壓吸附裝置是-套高度自動化的裝置，其閥門應同樣具有高度可靠性以保障整個工藝流程的順利進行，因此程控閥的長期穩定運行對保證產品的質量和產量起著重要的作用。由于變壓吸附工藝流程的特殊性，常規閥門難以保證裝置長期可靠運行。因此在變壓吸附裝置中閥門采用專用程控閥，其啟閉由程序控制并帶有閥門檢測裝置。該類專用程控閥門必須滿足以下要求:

(1)密封性能好，泄漏量達到ANSI標準的最高級ClassVI級;

(2)開啟速度快,隨閥門通徑不同其啟閉的時間最長應小于3秒;

(3)閥門要求壽命長,能經受長期頻繁動作而不泄露;

(4)能應用于易燃易爆有毒等氣體環境;

(5)具備雙向耐壓性和抗高速氣流沖刷性能;

(6)根據工藝要求,易實現調節功能和閥門狀態顯示,現場指示及運轉功能。

Manual operation can not satisfy the process system in PSA equipments, because it needs to switch valve circularly, with large amount of valves and frequent start-stop. Thus the PSA equipments should be a set of highly automated equipments, in order to ensure the entire process be smooth, the valves should be the same high reliability. Therefore, long-term stable operation of program control valve plays a significant role to ensure product quality and capacity, It is difficult that general valve ensure to meet long-term reliable operation of equipments because of the specificity of PSA process. Use pneumatic valve plate, namely, program control valve The start-stop is operated by the program control with a valve detection device in PSA equipments, and must meet the following requirements:

(1)Good sealing performance with zero leakage, satisfy class VI that is superlative degree in ANSI standard.

(2)Fast starting, the start -stop longest time should be less than 3 seconds according to different valve diameter.

(3)Valves should be able to withstand the long-term frequent work without leakage with long life.

(4)Can be used in environment such as flammable, explosive and toxic gases.

(5)AlI program valves have two-way stress-resistant and anti-erosion performance of high-speed airflow character.

(6)In accordance with technological requirements. it is easy to achieve the adjustive function, valve position status indicate, on-site instructions and operating features.
